About Your visit
Here at Premier Orthopaedics, we strive as a team to give you the best experience possible. We value each and every one of our patients and we are here to help you every step of the way!
Making an appointment
We schedule same day and next day appointments for patients who have a need that requires immediate care, such as fractures. If you have a non-urgent need, we will schedule as soon as we can.
If you are unable to attend your appointment please make sure you call as soon in advance as possible, as we can use that time slot to schedule another patient who is in need.
We make great effort to follow our appointments as scheduled, but sometimes delays are unavoidable. Such as when one of our doctors is called away to emergency surgery. We appreciate your patience in these situations!
Before your appointment
Please make sure you have everything you need before coming to your appointments.
Please make sure you have the correct location for your appointment, as we have three different locations, Lewes, Georgetown, and Milford. If you arrive at the wrong location, you will have to reschedule your appointment or we may be able to get you in with a different doctor if there is an available time slot.
Please make sure you bring your identification card or drivers license, insurance cards, and any referral needed. These are very important belongings that we will need to scan into our system and if you do not have these it could back up your appointment time and other patients behind you.
Also, if you have had recent X-rays taken anywhere else other than Premier Orthopaedics please bring them with you to your appointment.
Wearing loose fitting clothing to your appointment will be helpful.
Fees, payments, and insurances
We accept most major insurance plans.
We collect Copays at the time of appointment
If you do not have insurance or if we do not accept your insurance, we will ask that you pay your bill in full at the time of appointment. We accept credit cards, cash, and checks.
If you would like to fill out our HIPAA PRIVACY ACT/CONFIDENTIALITY QUESTIONNAIRE/PAIN MANAGEMENT POLICY before coming into the office, you can click the link below and print it out. Please remember to bring it with you to your appointment.
